Shipping Policy

SHIPPING

We offer UPS as a shipping provider. All ground shipments placed Monday – Friday by 2pm CST will ship same day.

All ground shipments placed after 2pm CST Monday – Friday will ship the next day. All expedited shipments/overnight orders placed Monday – Friday by 1pm CST will ship same day.

Expedited shipping options are available for domestic orders. Options include 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, and Next Day Air Early AM, 1-3 Day. Prices will vary depending on geographical location.

All expedited shipments/overnight orders placed after 1pm CST Monday – Friday will ship the next day. All orders placed on weekends will not start processing until Monday.

International shipping rates and delivery times may vary. Estimates are available during checkout. For additional assistant email support@qdthreads.com.

We are not responsible for items lost in transit, items sent to the wrong address, nor international fees charged by your country or third parties.

Missing and damaged items must be claimed within 2 days of delivery by emailing support@qdthreads.com.

RETURNS

All brand-new products with tags can be returned for a full refund, within 30 days from date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. If a returned item appears worn or used, no refund will be granted. Please email support@qdthreads.com and note your order date & order number.

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

REFUNDS

 We will notify you of the status of your refund within 3 business days or sooner. Returns are on a 5-day turnaround of you receiving a replacement or credit. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you or the status and that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGE

All exchanges must be new, unused and in the same condition in which they were received. If you need to exchange for another size, please email support@qdthreads.com.

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us by emailing support@qdthreads.com. Please reference your order date and order number. We will work with you to get the issue resolved.

CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please send us an email to support@qdthreads.com to notify us of the order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, the order is unable to be cancelled. Once the cancellation request is accepted, we will issue a refund to you immediately, the refund will be paid through the method you used to pay.
