When will my order arrive?

After your payment is processed, it takes up to 24-72 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 3 pm CST will not ship out until the next business day. If you order after 11 am CST on a Friday, your order will not ship until the following Monday.

I need to change or update my order?

Stop what you are doing and HURRY! If you need to change or cancel your order, please email support@qdthreads.com right away! If your order is already processed, we will not be able to make any changes.

I received a defective or damaged item

If you happen to receive a damaged item, email support@qdthreads.com and we will get it resolved right away.

How long does it take to process a return?

It typically takes 5-7 business days to process a return after being received. Once the return has been processed a credit will be issued to your original method within 5-7 business days. In total this entire process can take up to 14 business days. Be sure to save proof of your postage until your return is completed.

How can I pay for my order?

QD Threads website currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Once you add an item to your cart, visit the checkout page and enter your payment method. Follow the prompts until you receive an email notification that your order was received.
